Ingest adapters
Each adapter maps a real export shape onto the same v1 Run. Unresolved fields stay omitted so the core keeps them unknown.

Token counts are never read as cost. Metered provider accounts stay owner
residue; fixtures in fixtures/ cover positive, missing-cost,
and adversarial cases.
